Mount Everest Math Puzzles SUMMIT on October 20, 2003 Norbu Bailey arrived at Camp 1 on August 27th and quickly reached Camp 2 on Sept 3rd, and Camp 3 on Sept 8th. There was a bit of a delay (her climbing permit was spelling incorrectly ;) and so Camp 4 was reached on Sept 22nd. The Summit proved the most challenging - but did not defeat her. She conquered it on her 4th attempt on October 20th. |
